| bladesandrefill.com UK Ltd (The Company) undertake
to dispatch all orders for next day delivery. Timed or AM Deliveries,
Special Delivery (Post Office) are all available please telephone
for price. Smaller Items fitting into Courier Packs are delivered
by Courier. This the most efficient dispatch mode. |

| Goods marked heavy or long will have a
standard delivery charge of £10.50 exc VAT UK mainland only. |

| All back orders will incur additional carriage charges. |

| Returns / Exchanges |
|
| The risk in the goods shall pass to the
buyer on delivery to buyers premises.Every effort will be made to
supply goods of the correct type and quality, on time.
The company cannot be held responsible for consequential loss or
damage, however caused. It is the buyer’s responsibility to
establish the suitability of goods and materials for the purpose
of which they are purchased – prior to ordering. Defective goods
should be returned to the company. Such returns can only be made
with the company’s authorisation. The client must notify the
company within 24 hours of receipt of goods – of their
intention to return them. |

| Non-faulty returns will be subject to a 10%
handling fee and carriage costs at the customer’s expense. All
returns must be in their original packaging. If the company is
satisfied that the goods have been returned due to being
defective, return carriage charges will be reimbursed and
replacements sent. |

| The goods shall remain the property of the
company until payment in full has been received. The company or
it's agents shall reserve the right to recover the products and
legally enter the customer’s premises using reasonable force for
the purpose of doing so. |

on these conditions. Placing of an order signifies full acceptance
of these conditions by the buyer. |
